Among major remodeling tasks was replacing half-decayed wooden subfloor, enlarging doorway space, reallocating radiator and sink, installing new countertop, as well as kitchen cabinets. Finally, for a sense of couple’s hometown, we put NYC subway tiles on backsplash. Project took about 4 weeks, and the clients are now planning to remodel other rooms, possibly even do complete house renovation.
